Aluminium Standing Seam Roof & Composite Roofing Systems

The job was completed in 2008. The construction of the building was Glulam timber frame so therefore we chose an aluminium standing seam roof for light-weight construction and a composite roofing system for the refurbishment part. The aluminium standing seam was purchased through one of our partnering suppliers, Ash & Lacy Building Systems, and the composite roof through Corus Panels and Profiles. The contract value was approx £350k and was a 14 week programme. Other systems used on the project were a new light-weight render system, Trespa rain-screen cladding, architectural aluminium bull-nose gutters and rain-water pipes.
